Hey @andrep4ppy,

You won't be able to link a different PSN account to an EA account that has previously had a different PSN account linked.

Each EA account can only have one account from each other platform linked, which is likely why you're seeing that error.

This won't give you the option as a result, but you can try reaching out to support directly to see if they have any other options available to help get the correct accounts linked.

I am updating my current situation. I have closed the PS1 account through the PlayStation website, and I have attempted to link the PS2 account to the EA1 account, but I continue to receive the same error. In the meantime, I have received an email from Sony confirming that the PS1 account has not been permanently closed yet, and it will require waiting for 30 days before it is fully deactivated. After these 30 days, will I be able to link the PS2 account to the EA1 account? I will keep those interested updated.
