I bought the founder's pack and the starter pack for Apex Legends a few years ago on my PS4, and after cross progression, the items only show up on my PlayStation but not on PC. Is there any way I can fix this issue. I have already contacted EA support but they just keep closing the case without saying anything.

Sorry for the trouble, but those are platform-exclusive items, so they won't get transferred. You can find more information about this here: https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/news/cross-progression
In the link you posted, the only platform exclusive stated under PlayStation is Ps+ content so is there any way to have it transferred to my account because even when I equip it on console it gets removed on PC
