Why is the content of the forum or protocol different from the information on ea's live chat

LiveChat guides you to write a case when you have new evidence.

We inform you to send any inquiries related to suspension to the tos team unconditionally.

The information is told to be obtained from the forum.
No information is available in the forum.

Shouldn't Ea provide accurate information to users??

How much evidence would a regular user prepare and contact you if they were hacked or subjected to an innocent suspension?

At first, I lost the chance that I was hacked, and I really lost the chance
It's the last chance to gather evidence, submit it, lose the opportunity, and lose the 3rd episode

Wouldn't it be better for the ToS team of ea to guide us what information should be collected and provided regarding the lifting of the ban?

Since the 3rd episode, I've submitted steam login records, 2fa records, window log records, defender records, dxdiag records, steam purchase records, credit card history, eaid hacked, ip history logged in from other countries, my ipconfig, eac event records, videos played directly, SAR data-based data, remoteview overseas login records, illegal programs identified by security companies, etc. for two years since I was suspended in 2023.

However, the reply is the same every time.
Would a hacker try to find his account like this???

Please update the protocol as well on what specific evidence I need to submit so that all other Apex users don't have the same hard work as I do

Please let me know what evidence I should write a case by attaching a pop-up window to the first screen inquiring about the suspension. Also, please let me know when you make the case for the first time, so that I don't lose my chance
