falsely banned on Apex Legends

Hello, I am a dad and I made a brand new account for my child. I bought some apex coins. Bought the battle pass and was saving up coins to buy a bundle. And my child always wanted to play ranked, so I started playing to get him level 20 and do all the challanges. Around level 13-14 I got banned. I checked on the page, no reason why I got banned. Myself, I am a predator in Apex Legends so I am pretty good. People accused me of smurfing and I think that's why I am banned. Or the auto ban system because of my high KD. I already opened 2 cases but no response and just tells me to "resume" the case. It is so frustrating that I spent money on my childs account jus to get it banned.

    The only thing we can suggest, which it looks like you already did, is to appeal using this form.

    Hello shyismynamexoxo​, unfortunately there is really nothing we can do here on the forums as it's not the right place for bans or appeals.

    The only thing we can suggest, which it looks like you already did, is to appeal using this form.

    You made an account for your Child? Is this your account or your child's account? Please note that playing on another's account to lvl them up and or account sharing is against the Terms of Service. I suggest you go back and read the positive play charter and the Terms of Service as well as the rules regarding fair play.

    I submitted my case using the link you provided, but I haven’t received a response for three years.
    It does get updated once a year, but whenever I ask through Live Chat, they only tell me to "wait for a response from the TOS team."
