I've been offline for 2 years

I can't log onto Apex and I've been offline for 2 years. I keep getting "account isn't allowed to connect to servers."

    I'm sorry to hear that you can't play Apex Legends for so long. Can you please confirm the platform you're playing on, the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, and provide a screenshot of the error message?
