Just want to switch my email, support non existent.

A couple years ago when i started playing Apex, i used an old email i no can longer access, to make my EA account through PSN.

I was able to switch my email on PSN to my new one through their support network. I can still play on my account, but now i need to do this with my EA account to that i can get 'verified' and be able to gift my friends items in Apex. 

But im finding it impossible to contact EA support, or they just ignore my caes. I have 7 mythic items and hundreds of cosmetics, Im a day 1 player and have so much progress i don't want to lose.

    Hey @TheIceDragon96,

    In case you're still able to login to your EA account, you should be able to make the changes yourself: How to update your EA Account

    If, for any reason, you're not able to make the changes and can't reach out to EA Help Support, can you please try: 

    1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
    3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
    4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

    If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
