Keep getting code:net xbox one

i keep getting code:net and the game is unplayable. My game freezes on and off nonstop when i'm in a match and the kicks me out saying "connection to server timed out (code:net) signon.

when the game freezes all i can do is look around. can't move, can't schoot, can't open my inventory, can't do anything but look around.

When you have the chance can you try running through the basic and advanced connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website? Let me know if you're still running into the same error message after that. Thanks!

I stopped playing the game for a few days and the problem seems to have fixed itself. i haven't had the prolem since i started playing the game again. Thanks for the help

I keep getting kicked after having run through the Xbox connectivity. No matter if im just sitting in the fut hub or playing a game. I’m connected through an Ethernet cable to the WiFi that makes every other game run fine. I have been kicked out of so many weekend league games and fifa is the inky game that is doing this. What do I do and this is such bs i can’t even do sbcs next to my brother on the same WiFi having no problems.
