Regardless of the server I have chosen, my game is constantly freezing because of the internet connection. I know there is no problem with my internet because there is no problem in other games. I can't play games like this. The game is fine, I think I'm playing well. I could give money to support but in this case I can't.
Community ManagerI can definitely understand the frustration when it comes to dealing with lag and freezing. We should try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help out with this.
A good place to start would be with the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. I've seen those steps help out with a lot of different connection issues. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:

I'm noticing an issue today as well. While running it like rubberbands or something but fps doesn't drop and there's no connection issue indicator.
