Lag spikes and random game freezing on PS5

So i've recently switched from playing on a PC to a PS5 and I wanted to try apex on it, for the first few days the ping was fine but since yesterday my game kept lag spiking so bad, mostly when I start shooting another person or they shoot me, my game just freezes for around a second then goes back (also looking at the kill-cams in the mixtape gamemodes the other person freezes at the same time I do when i get killed). The ping while that is happening sky-rockets to like 500 then goes back to around 30 (my normal ping) I didn't have this issue on PC so i don't see why this would be happening, my internet and everything else is good, tried reinstalling apex on the PS5, reset my internet and everything but nothing helped.
