@EA_Kent Nope, my fps is capped at 60 fps (I use RivaTuner) and it only drops to 59 or so. But my ping is usually 80 or so, but very often I get ping spikes of 300 or 180 or so. Hovever, it doesn't impact the functionality of the mouse. Another thing I've noticed is that, if I have a browser open and it's colliding within my apex legends window(under the game), then my mouse starts to lag as well, but that doesn't happen every time.

It sounds like it could be a window focus issue. Just to confirm, there aren't any overlays running on top of Apex Legends? A Clean Boot should have bypassed any, but I just wanted to double-check.

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent No, no overlays. Except RivaTuner(shows fps qnd ram usage in the corner), but even when disabled, it still lags. But since you're saying that it is window focus issue, are there any softwares that could give apex legends higher priority? I know the question might sound stupid, but I already set it to high priotity in the task manager, but it still lags. That's why I was asking.

Running the game in windowed mode will hit the CPU harder than setting it to fullscreen so performance issues can happen, but it's weird that it would just start doing this recently.
Would you mind sharing a DxDiag when you've got the chance? You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.
Thanks again!
