laggy gameplay + Common.rpak error 0x00000006

Hey, my game game feels laggy, and sometimes i get the "Error reading pak file 'common.rpak' -- Error 0x00000006: the handle is invalid" message. 

so far i have tried to: 

reinstall the game on steam.

delete the paks folder and verify game files on steam

update windows and GPU.

disable full screen optimisations + run in compatibility mode +  run as administrator on both r5apex files.

delete r5apex files and verify game files on steam.

closing blitz.  

my specs is: 

CPU: ryzen 7 3700x 

GPU: MSI RTX 3060 ti

RAM: 16 gb dual 

anyone else have this problem, or had it and find a solution?
