Lags & Stutter on any Video settings
I have i7-7700HQ, GTX1070 and 16GB but game is lagging drastically even on starting screen (the one witch character) on any video settings. I've installed new GTX drivers but it doesn't help at all....

I'm still getting this... I don't have an on board GFX card and I'm using a GTX 980ti. Tried every combination of graphics settings and I'm still getting stuttering. It seems to make the sound stutter too, so it's not just the frames.
Let me know if u fix I got same problem with gtx970m
