I hope they fixed this issue because I'm this close to quit this game. I already suck at it when it's not lagging, imagine playing while being 1 or 2 second behind everyone 😞
FYI, I just replaced my old router and even increased the bandwidth to 100mbps from 80 to see if it helps. But none worked. Constant lag and rubberbanding. I switched to all the asian servers I could and Taiwan seems to be working (when it's working) the best for now. Like on the lucky days, 1 out of 5 matches will run with little to no lag.
Same problem for me here. Stuttering issues very frequently.
I'm still on Windows 7 ultimate.
Intel 5775c 4Ghz 24GB + 1660super 473.81.

@Gibraltars_mummyIt's more likely that some core component of their build is causing the issue, and that it occurs with a minority of users (including myself). A lot of focus in the past has been on their anti-cheat programs, but simply removing that would have frustrating consequences across the player base.
The main problem for the devs is Apex was kind of a side project from the Titanfall franchise, with cobbled together modules on top of the source engine. I expect they weren't expecting it to blow up as much as it did, and now with millions of active users there's simply much more strain on the servers, and the build itself. I personally think they need to delay a new season while they stabilize/expand their server base and maybe do some specific bug fixing of the code. Unfortunately the f2p business model means that a steady stream of new content takes priority, and I don't doubt that's where the funding is directed.
