Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

    Sadly still going on my side, if anything it got worse since now I have high ping in addition to the stuttering, I really hope this ping issue is caused by the high amount of people playing. The stuttering is not as bad as it used to be though, but at some point it got fixed and now is back...

      Still getting the thing where the main lobby runs at like 10 fps for awhile. The stuttering seems entirely fixed though.
