Laptop running hot when playing Apex
So I'm pretty new to pc stuff in general, and while not technically a pc (right?) I'm currently using an omen 15 laptop (specs below) and whenever I play apex it gets really hot, like 100°C hot. I searched up why this was and I found that the game just utilizes your GPU and/or CPU more than other games, which would explain why it was getting so hot. But when I looked at the omen gaming hub application to see my system status, it said that my GPU utilization was around 30%-40%, and my CPU utilization was around 10%-20% (This was while I was in the training ground). I saw that people were saying that they were seeing utilization rates of around 90% and up, so I'm wondering if I'm using the right application to look at my system stats and/or if I need to update anything? I did see that people were updating their drivers trying to fix it but I think I've done it and I don't think it did anything. Can I do anything to fix it? or is there nothing to fix?
I'd appreciate any help, thanks y'all.

Hi @KEEANEEE,
With a notebook PC high temperatures like this can often happen because of a lack of airflow. Make sure your PC's air vents aren't blocked and that they are able to pull in air. Also keeping the PC on a flat, solid surface is a good idea so it can displace heat.
If you're comfortable, it might also be worth taking a look at your BIOS to see if you're able to adjust the fan curves. That might allow you to increase the fan speed so that it starts moving more air before the temperatures get that high.
