Latency Issue

Hi, 

I have recently updated to the latest season, prior to this current season apex was running fine for me, no lag and no stuttering. 

I am now getting approx. 300ms in all game modes. 

I am playing at 1080P on 165hz max settings using an AMD CPU and RX 6600XT, on the home page the latency shows 22 to Sydney servers and the top right-hand side shows 23-30ish when playing, however i get all the latency and lag icons showing up, happens in all game modes even the training one. 

I have updated GPU drivers, bios, repaired installation, flushed DNS, changed from Wi-Fi to network cable, direct plugged into router, speed test and MS test and issue remains. when pressing esc on home page shows latency of 300ms. 

When loading and running any other game there is no lag and no issues. I have noticed that about 1 game out of 10 i seem to get a decent server when testing with Firing range or Bot Royale and my Latency is about 30-40. When i go to play an actual game, it skyrockets.
