Looking through the DxDiag you sent, I noticed some crashes coming from a program called SDUpdate.exe. I believe this is the security software called Spybot. I'm wondering if this software or something else might still be blocking EAC and preventing it from launching.

When you have a chance could you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that helps at all? That may help get around this if there is something else blocking EAC. For more info on how to set one up check out the EA Help website.
