Linked Accounts Found...

    Hey @manally0dio,

    This message would indicate that the EA account you're trying to link to already had a different Steam account linked in the past.

    You would not be able to attach a different Steam account to an EA account that's already had another Steam linked previously, even if you've since unlinked that account.

    In this case you would need to re-link the Steam account to its original EA account, as you wouldn't be able to attach it to the one in the image.

    If you run into any trouble with that, please feel free to reach out to our support team so they can assist.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

    Hi i'm having a similar issue where my steam account was also linked to another email (in which i no longer have access to anymore) how do i unlink it from the previous email and link it with a new one that I have access to right now.  I made the previous email like 10 years ago or something and completely forgot about it so even if i wanted to apply the advice you provided i can't even do that.

      If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
       
      You can create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account to get in touch with the support team so they can check into this with you..
