Total freezing of the system during play

I play on a new laptop (Nvidia RTX 5060/ Intel Core I9), on steam. It happens to me that during a few minutes that I play, sometimes it can be about 5-10-20 minutes, and in the middle of a game where I am shooting or whatever... out of nowhere, the entire screen freezes, with the image and everything, where I move the mouse and press the keyboard and nothing happens. And that's why I can't do any keyboard combinations because it doesn't work, and I have to force the power off button.

I don't know what else to do, I have already reset my laptop, I have re-downloaded all the Nvidia drivers, Chipset, Windows updates, I play with the laptop connected with smart charging, and nothing... I tried on Steam to put a "solution" that I saw somewhere about "DX11. jason" to put it in Steam properties, but it didn't work either.

I need to please know what can happen. I am very sad not to be able to play this game that fascinates me...
