linking steam to infinite loading screen

so i linked my steam account thinking this wont ruin the game and frustrate the living hell out of me which it has. Ive tried every fix (and i mean all of them) outside of creating a new account because EA wont send me the email to verify my account until the verification code expires. Between respawn neglecting this huge bug thats been here since the beginning im guessing and not doing anything about it and EA's ******* origin program I wonder why I still even bother with anything related to EA. I guess a decent free game is too good to be true.
