Linking switch account
I’ve been trying for the past two days now to link my EA account onto my switch to play Apex but it keeps saying there was an error.. It won’t let me play without it. What do I do?

Every time I press “link accounts” it’s just says “Sorry. We can’t complete your request at this time. Please try again later” or something along those lines. I’ve tried absolutely everything I can think of and nothing is working.. @EA_Atic
