I know that this is not the answer you are looking for here. However on the forum no one can help with account issues like bans and or suspensions.

@Asmodeus566What would you recommend if EA Support just blindly declining the appeals without a proper investigation? There are several people affected by this issue and the recommended course of action is useless since there's no "full investigation" being done.

@Asmodeus566Thank you for forwarding this issue. I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'the needs of many outweigh the needs of few or one'. Linux support has properly coexisted alongside Windows users without ever affecting them. So it's not really a case of picking sides it's just undoing whatever mistake was made recently
However, I'm not going to give you trouble for this as I understand it isn't your fault. Thank you for doing what you can

- @Asmodeus566 I think it's important that if/when a community manager can take a look at this and escalate it to the correct person/people: we're not just all unbanned and then that's it. The root cause of the ban needs to be fixed otherwise people are going to continue to be falsely banned. I'm assuming this is something which Respawn needs to contact Easy Anti-Cheat about and resolve.

Had the same issue. Banned from apex last Friday.
As a prestige 700 player with 1600+ hours and multiple heirlooms this is very frustrating given k just switched to Linux haha. I feel the pain of everyone in this thread.
