Linux players getting banned

My Account was banned too.

I dont understand whats the problem is.

I dont use Cheats or HAcks and i got more then 3200 hours of Apex playing at this moment.

Stop wasting your precious time on a company that doesn't give a flying f about us.

Just refund all your transactions via the CC company/Steam (EA hates it the most when we refund) and move on with your life.

@Tutur85140Sadly, even if the company doesn't care about us, a lot of us do care about our accounts and the game a lot...

Using the same words that I write in a Steam post talking about my situation:

"I can't feel anything that is not love and passion for this game, is the game that got me out of a lot of bad stuff in my life since I'm a person with a diagnostic of a depressive episode, on 2020 with the whole quarantine was really a method of escape, which was probably not healthy, but help myself to take the game seriously."

I will stay fighting for this situation and trying to reach someone that can help us, we just need time, has been 4 days since a lot of you got banned, and 2 of these days are days when people don't work, I've been on this situation for 4 weeks, so be patient until we can solve it, because we are going to.

    @Tutur85140 Trying to get the attention of all the affected to get refunds (when some of them didn't even buy anything and the team that is going to see that is not even the same) is not a good idea, just going to make your account history look worse.
    
    All we can do is find people that can keep redirecting this case as the reddit mod already did, EA is aware about the situation, but we need to be patient.

    Alright guys, my second email from EA just arrived.
    And it says:
    Hello,
    We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.
    After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.
    
    Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account.
