Live chat with ea support

Have lost items in apex, and have problems in unlinking accounts, im in conversation with EA support but they said to me to get Live channel support but they didnt said how. Im weeks trying to get a ...

    Hey @Dannysuzuky for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

*Im weeks trying to get a fair support from EA and nothing, every time its a different worker from ea support and they cant follow the case. Need real attetion to my subject pls
Someone who help me pls, its dragging my case for weeks, i need someone that speak to me and i hope that gets fixed with ease, ty.

        Logging in Chat support is not available. When logged out Chat support icon hows but doesn't work.

    I placed an order for Gems for $119.99 billed through paypal today  Your system says the order was $128.31 which was also billed one minute apart on Pay Pal.  First whish is the correct billing and second I need credit for the erroneous billing to pay pal.
