"Loading and Compiling Shaders" every single time I run the game

Every single time I open the game it has to "load and compile shaders". This takes about 5 minutes and happens every single time I open the game.  In season 9 it just gave me a black loading scree...

Yeah man, I had to deal with this crap since the Genesis launch but was so happy to find this fix on reddit today!

My game will do this compiling every time I restart Apex Legends. This started after this new update. It only does it once, then I'm good unless I close the game. Note,this Apex Legends install was not updated, just directly downloaded fully with the new patch.

Windows 10 Pro OS build 19043.1110
GTX 1070 8GB EVGA SC
32GB RAM DDR4
AMD Ryzen 5 3600x
Game installed on a Inland 256 Gen 3 NVme drive (W/ OS).
Origin
No errors found in Event Viewer.
Nvidia driver 471.11
Ingame settings everything off if able, Streaming 3GB
2560 x 1440 (144 HZ) G-Sync enabled, V-Sync disabled.

    @Popa2caps Yeah, it takes about 5 minutes to do. I tried verifying files but it's still there.

    Plus, when you ready up do you get 'Loading Worlds Edge' which also lasts exact 5 minutes for BR? And when Arena map changes, it does the same thing for every Arena map. Note that this only started after S10 update.

        @Popa2caps I tried searching for this issue and seems like it's just me. 20 minutes total gone just sitting there :/
