Loba heirloom event

I unlocked the entire event on 12/7 and equipped my heirloom skin and dive trail played for a bit then got off. The next day I logged on to see none of the event items I had previously purchased were unlocked. I have tried to reach out to ea help they said to post here and maybe they will fix it ?? I’m not sure what else to do. The entire event and all my coins are just…. Gone.
