Like i said in my original response. I have tryed all the steps on here.
Anyone with this problem. If you read this post you can see i stated i had a problem. I installed uo trace and provided a trace route. I got the response that it wasnt good and showed packet loss. I then got a response to try more steps after stating that i already tryed all the steps. From what i got from this whole experience is. 99% chance its the servers and it all depends on where you live. And if it works good you are lucky. If not, there is no fix. The other 1% sure could be some shady pc you have to play with to get it to run the game. For now what i have found to work the best is when you open the game before ranked. Just sit idle for about 5 minutes in the lobby. If you get the error before the game says you were idle or whatever the message says. Dont play ranked.
