Lost all console progress when linking for cross progression

I lost all my progress form the last 5 years of apex. I unlinked my xbox account and linked it to the account on my steam and lost everything. Pred badges, 4ks, 20 bombs, heirlooms, battlepass skins ALL OF IT. Any way to recover it? We're talking thousands of dollars here. I can't reach any support on the EA help website its a bunch of articles redirecting you to more articles. Never any help.

    To confirm you unlinked your Xbox account from its original EA account and linked it to a new one?

    If so, this would be why you lost your items and progress. Progress is stored at the EA account level and not the Platform account level, so when you unlink your platform account from its EA account you will lose your items and progress.

    To attempt to recover your items and progress you will need to link it back to its original EA account.

  • I see I can merge if i still have access to the account but I keep getting redirected to articles. Where are the REAL  people. How are these articles helpful in any way

    okay it says I cant unlink it until next year. How do I get to live support to fix this issue?

    I keep getting sent in circles in the EA help portal

    To confirm the cool-down period from linking and unlinking is applied to all EA accounts, 

    You can reach out to our support using the link below, however, this may be something they cannot manually override on request.
