Lost connection to playstation network and ea servers

For over a year, I have not been able to play Apex at random due to “Lost connection to playstation network and ea servers…” error. My internet is perfect, my PSN stays connected, it literally just keeps saying it out of no where every time i try to get in the lobby. i can’t even play anymore. send help.
