Lost packs when opening
Reporting a bug that resulted in 50 packs nit opening and losing 75k legend tokens. Packs remained electrified but did not open.

My crafting metals stayed the exact same. After opening 49 packs. So I find it hard to believe I got any contents. Does upgrading ur pack take away the chance to get those? Because if so then maybe I got the contents. But if thats not the case I know its practically im possible to have my crafting materials remain the same after 49 bulk pack opening

Have you taken a look at the specific items mentioned below? I'm seeing crafting materials being added over the past couple days as well, including multiple batches of various sizes at the same time those packs were opened.
I'm unsure why that wouldn't have shown up in the lobby, but may have needed a relog/restart to update.I opened about 117 packs in that time frame. In the time frame of maybe 5 minutes tops. I only got the contents/loot for 68 of them. So of course my loot increased and crafting metals went up from those 68. but I a batch of 49 packs got the server crash bug at the start of the animation. Went i logged back on my crafting metals were the exact same. I also looked through my characters and weapons and didnt see anything new from that bulk of 49 packs. But the fact my crafting metals didnt increase from a bulk opening tells me I got robbed on those packs some how. And would love to get the packs back. So i can continue to spend money on the game safely.
I have a video of the entire sequence that happened while opening those 49 packs that failed to give me content. I would love to get a person to look over it and know im not lying.
