Low fps on good gaming pc

Please help meeee I have tried doing everything I can to boost my fps in Apex but it just doesn't work, and I'm playing on a good gaming pc too. My fps for other games like valorant and fortnite is ...

@Proletter998 Sorry to say, that GPU is far below the requirements to run APEX legends on.
