Major Crash In-Game (Code): Leaf ; Net

Hello EA Sports, I have been encountering major band-lag, frozen frame screens, and even lag outs in Apex Legends this season. I was wondering if my RP (Rank Points) in rank matches will be compensated for all the losses due to the servers crashing out? I was D3 ( Diamond 3), but due to the servers and all the "leaving game penalties" I was demoted all the way back to P1 (Platinum 1) and had to work myself back up to D4 ( Diamond 4).  I spend a lot of time on this game and a lot of people know, "Time is Money" so losing my RP due to your online servers and technical issues, makes me feel as if I am being ripped off with all the time and effort I put in this season. I would greatly appreciate if EA Sports could contact me personally via email and/or PSN Messages.
