I am writing to report an issue I'm experiencing with Apex Legends Mobile. I am unable to play the game on my phone because 

I have tried [mention any troubleshooting steps you've already taken, e.g., restarting my phone, checking my internet connection, reinstalling the game], but the issue persists.
