Since mid season 9, after server was hacked, I’ve started to experienced massive pack loss only in ranked and pubs!!! Arena is spared and i can play without any “lag”…
I’ve never had this problem before…other games run perfect! My ping is stable as my connection.
I’ve tried to fix it restarting modem, reinstalling apex several times and opening port for Apex as support suggests!!!
I’m literally disappointed! What to do????

Absolutely! I’ve tested everything I can do!
Many players are experiencing this annoying issue…and no solution is still arriving! Seems nobody know and want to care about that

Can we try setting a different DNS on your PS5 to see if that makes a difference? You can change the DNS using the steps below:
1. Open the PS5 Settings and go to Network.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Set Up Internet Connection.
4. Choose Set Up Manually.
5. Select WiFI or LAN Cable depending on what type of connection you're using.
6. Select DNS.
7. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you'd rather use instead that's OK as well.
8. Select Done.

Google DNS is my standard one…I have also tried cloudfire DNS, automatic and many others too…
I’m very disappointed because you are suggesting many useless solution to all of us around this forum! Same problem for everybody…issue is just on you server and not in our consoles or modems!
I’ve never had issues in my modem, connection or console…my settings were the same for many month! Other games work without any problem (Battlefiled V, CoD IIII and Cold War, Fortnite, Fifa, etc etc)…so find a solution in your server!

Do you have access to a PC on the same network as your PlayStation? If so, can you run a UO Trace when you have the chance? That will give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers.

i have had one game that was perfect on season 11 and now i just get packet loss every game and this is so annoying!!!! so i have reset everything and done everything that you advise but still got packet loss on a grand scale!!!! why is this when my first game of season 11 was fine? My internet speed is spot on!!!! just that the game is getting unplayable now! i shoot and then appear downed somewhere else when i look up in the left had side its due to loss (32), (52) and so on this needs addressing, and quick!!! after paying for in game content that i now cannot enjoy!!!!
