Matchmaking not working

I am having problems with getting into a game. When I click on ranked my game freezes and I get an error code and when I try to get into a non ranked game on Olympus I just can't seem to find a game ...

@VipEr_PoiSsonHello there, Have you tried to Rebuild Database?

Do the following:
Turn off your PS4 completely.
Remove the power cord from your ps4 and wait 60 seconds.
Put the cable back, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
Plugin your PS4 controller via a USB cable.
Now select 'Rebuild Database from your PS4 Safe mode menu, Wait for it to finnish.
After this you should be able to play.

I play on PS4 and its the application error code: (CE-34878-0)

and all my things are correct all other games run smooth and get no errors
