(May 2024) Lost Account Progress - Apex Legends

Lost all my account progress AGAIN, after the latest update. Game requested cross platform progression same as back in April. 

Now I am back to level 9, was over 500 and lost all bought legends, skins, heilroom etc..

Anyone else facing the same problem?

Even my user name was reset to my old one!

    I did norhing, jst relogged in after a while and the progress was restored. Could be sth with the update patch.

    Hey @chrysabells,

    Did this just happen after the patch a couple days ago, or a different update?

    I'm not seeing this specific account was affected by the April situation or has been reset since, and I'm still seeing all the legends, currency, skins, etc.

    Since that's not matching what you're seeing, can you grab me a screenshot of your lobby?

    You also mentioned the username was reset, which username would that be? Have you already changed that back, which name is the current and which is the old one?

  • I haven't had access to my original account since the cross-play update first rolled out. I'm desperate to start playing again but I have lost a lot of time and money with this. My Xbox account is where I started but for some reason it was overwritten with my PC account. No idea what to do.
