Hey @Jaegersquad,
Given the error you've attached, can you check that you have the latest versions of Visual C++ installed?
You can find these on Microsoft's website here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
You'll want to download and install both the X86 and X64 files under the Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 section.
Try restarting your system and checking again after that point to see if there's any change, let me know how that goes!
I do indeed have the latest version of Visual C++ installed.
I updated them after the error, but it doesn't seem to have fixed anything

Gotcha @Jaegersquad, thanks for confirming you were able to give that a try.
Just to be sure, I'm guessing you've already had a chance to try just repairing your game installation as well, right?
Beyond that you could also try these additional troubleshooting steps. If that continues to happen we could also take a look at your DxDiag to see if anything else stands out that could be causing this to pop up.

@EA_Mako I ran a quick repair but the issue still continues.
I've run a DxDiag and attached it to the reply

Thanks @Jaegersquad.
Looks like there's a newer version of your GPU drivers available, are you able to check that you've updated those as well as checking your peripherals?
It may be worth unplugging your other peripherals to see if the game launches without anything other than keyboard/mouse plugged in, and from there see if there are any updates for those available.
