I completed the Season 2 premium battle pass by reaching level 110 a day before the season ended. However, I did not receive the rewards EA advertises throughout their game which is the 1000 Apex Coins and 1200 Crafting Metals. Don’t understand why this happened and should be reimbursed ASAP

That's the total of each you earn upon completing the battle pass. It's not a lump sum reward.
Very n00b mistake made by the games writers
its not a scam though. You gradually get your coins and materials

I hadn't got this problem until Season 8 started up and it's been an on and off bit of whether I should do another PBP or not. 5 times it hasn't given me the coins but once, which is this season, did it start not giving me the metals.
