Missing 1000 Coins and 1200 Crafting Metals after completing Premium Battle Pass

I completed the Season 2 premium battle pass by reaching level 110 a day before the season ended. However, I did not receive the rewards EA advertises throughout their game which is the 1000 Apex Coins and 1200 Crafting Metals. Don’t understand why this happened and should be reimbursed ASAP
