    Hey TheCartWizard

Typically when your account appears to have been entirely reset like this, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts. It looks like that's what happened here.

The EA account you're posting with was not yet created back in 2019-2020, so any progress you'd made from that point would be on a different EA account. You would need to locate the original EA account and re-link your PSN there instead of this newer account.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform(s) can be re-linked.
