Missing Apex Coin, tried contacted support

I had the same problem with 2000 coins and i contacted EA, i could talk in chat with them but after one of three chats i couldnt do it anymore. So i tried to spam them in email that i have still the problem also putting new cases on their website, but still no one helped. So i contacted steam support and started to dealing with this problem with them. I sent them all screens of comunication with EA support, where was every evidence they needed to prove i really spent my money and told them about my problem. They could prove that i really bought the coins for my money so they  contacted EA and then i received my coins. Steam support is in this absolute gigachad and they helped me.
