I purchased Apex coin packs a couple times on PS4 & haven’t received anything but I’ve been charged several times. What’s with this??

I’ve brought the 2150 for £15.99 and it’s been an hour and it’s not showing up it’s saying it’s been paid and approved by my bank and Xbox mircosoft so when do I get them ?
