Missing Apex Coins

Every single time I buy Apex coins, they never appear on my account. I have contacted EA Support but they never help. I have submitted the proof of purchase but they never fix the issue.

I need help with this exact issue, I have brought 4000 apex coins and have recieved 0. I want them to buy the battle pass before it expires as I’m level 90!
