Missing Apex Coins

Every single time I buy Apex coins, they never appear on my account. I have contacted EA Support but they never help. I have submitted the proof of purchase but they never fix the issue.

@EA_Aljo Can u help me pls I’ve been missing my coins for 4 weeks made over 23 cases and finally today I got a live chat with them and they said I can’t get the coins even tho I gave them full screen proof of the purchases this game is really sad scamming people for money
