Missing Apex Coins

I purchased 2150 Apex coins and redeemed the code on ea.com and got a conformation. I waited 24 hours for it to process and followed the article and it still never hit my account. So I created a Case and it says "waiting for player" for the last 48 hours and still recieved no response or emails (Checked Spam) and the coins have yet to hit my account. At a loss and don't know what to do, any help? Wanted to buy the event that ends in a day but not sure it will be resolved beforehand.
