missing apex coins

i bought a digital apex coins gift card via amazon and when I redeemed the code on the ea site, it said the code was redeemed successfully but my account never received the coins. its been more than ...

So you didn't get any errors when you redeemed the code via the EA site? Quick question: what platform do you play Apex on?

I’m having the same issue it’s been 24hours. I spent $105.99 to be exact! Bought the coins through PlayStation store and nothing! I pissed!

    I bought the same amount but on Xbox and that was Wednesday night and still haven’t received anything.

        i made 2 cases with ea support and i got the same auto generated reply, to look on ea help or answers HQ
