i have purchased for 9.49 $(1000 coins) from Amazon.com and they gave me Product key After having this code i entered this code on EA platform and it said to me these coins successfully redeemed.But when i entered the game i saw that no coins have been credited to my account.

What platform(s) did you try logging in with to check for the coins?
If this was a PC code, it can sometimes help to log into Apex through the EA app if you typically use Steam for example, just depending on the particular code.
Otherwise, contacting our support can let them look things over, though in situations where a code has been redeemed without granting the content after more than 24 hours, they will typically need you to speak with the retailer where that was initially purchased.
