Missing Apex Coins

Anyone else having issues with not receiving Apex coins after purchasing them on Steam? I reached out to EA, and they haven't responded yet... It's been a couple weeks and still no action has been taken on reimbursement or giving me the Apex coins I purchased. I tried getting more today and same issue. It seems like they don't follow up on issues like this.
