Missing Apex Legends PSN Progress

Ezbom​ That's strange because your Apex progress is stored on the EA Account level, (which cannot be transferred, (or merged) to another EA Account), so both PlayStation and Steam should be accessing the same Apex progress if both platform accounts are linked to the same EA Account.

That being said, are you sure you had unlinked Steam from the old EA Account and then linked it to the correct EA Account?

Yes I'm positive cause thats when all my issues started as soon as I linked my zero progress steam profile. To my main EA account.

I understand you mention not unlinking your PSN profile from your main EA account. Are you posting on your main account, or is it possible the Steam and PSN accounts may have been linked back to an alternate account accidentally?

From what I'm able to see here, it looks like both the Steam and PSN accounts were unlinked from this one just recently. While you may have re-linked them afterwards, this doesn't appear to be an EA account that's been used for Apex at all. In fact, this EA account had never launched Apex on any platform until just before the recent unlinks.

That would be why you're not seeing the progress. There's definitely another EA account that would have been used given how much time you mentioned putting into the game, so it looks like these may have been re-linked to the wrong account. If you had access to your progress normally up until the recent unlinks, it's certainly possible that re-linking them will restore access to that content - it would just be a matter of figuring out what other EA account may have been used instead.
