yeah happened to me aswell i had to install a new browser and not sign in for it to work took like 2 days only to speak to live support for 2 hours and they told me they cant validate my purchase be ready to deal with a whole new level of frustration until they tell you the same i wish you luck but yeah i got scammed and so might you
